De Bruyn has been driving Mercedes 10×8 tippers, model MP3, for many years. Several tippers have driven more than 1,000,000 km without major costs on front axle , transfer case and gearbox.
So the choice for Mercedes was quickly made for de Bruyn.
Last six months, Veldhuizen was able to deliver 12 units of MB Arocs to De Bruyn to replace the MP3 models.
Of these, 10 are of the 10×8 model with a total weight of 50 tons. The 10×8 was designed very short so that a shorter tipper could also be mounted. The 5e axle 500 kg lighter developed, keeping the unladen weight under 20 tons.
The 2 pieces of 8×2 tow trucks are made with a short axle arrangement, making the size from the bumper to the drawbar 8 meters. Thus, officially low loaders up to 10.75 m can be towed. The 8×2 tow trucks are also developed lightly, leaving a payload even 25.5 tons.
We count on the Mercedes Arocs Model MP4 to live up to as low maintenance costs as the MP3.
