Sustainability: perhaps the most frequently used word in all the good intentions and policies we encounter in the construction industry. But we cannot stop at fine words alone. Following a project launched in 2016 within the maintenance sector on Sustainable Maintenance of parking garages, this theme will be explored further during this afternoon by speakers from across the construction chain.
While development and construction generally focus more on using sustainably produced materials, on circularity and on limiting waste streams, the main focus in the use and maintenance phase will be on securing and, if possible, extending the life of garages.
This is the first time that in such a life-cycle approach the entire construction chain is talking to each other about this. The organization therefore expects a very inspiring afternoon that will be larded by interesting speakers with appealing example projects.
For this afternoon, the following organizations have indicated that they will send invitations among their members: NEPROM, NEVAP, IVBN, Bouwstenen voor Sociaal (municipal real estate), Vexpan, Coöperatie Parkeerservice, VBR, Vabor, VLB and Betonvereniging.
To attend this interesting afternoon we ask a contribution of € 145.00 excl. VAT per person.
For a limited number of companies or suppliers wishing to support this afternoon, there is an opportunity to set up a small booth in the foyer where they can further meet the participants before, during and after the lectures (drinks). The cost of this is € 750.00 excl. VAT (including 2 tickets).
